This how you do service center in a wrong way. Everything that can be done wrong done wrong here. 12 service windows, but only 6 with person in. Half of them don't have visitors and looks busy with something. But how can you know for sure? They ping pong you to windows in different corners of the building several time. Pure waiting took almost 2 hours, walking - 15. They accept payment in very old fashioned way, you rather have cash with you. And do you know how they are trying to improve process? They put book sharing shelf there. Look, I understand, they want to make your staying unforgettable.

Bottom, people don't come here! Better in Slobozhansky! Here corruption is thriving at full speed, if you want to quickly re-register the car, pay the slider, if you signed up in the queue and give everything yourself, please listen, run, humiliate yourself. It's just horror! When to disperse the whole gang of a watering can on this mreo ?!

With the arrival of digital reforms, nothing has changed here. A simple procedure for replacing a license plate, which in a normal service center takes 40 minutes, took 4 hours here. And apparently I was more or less lucky, since the people I met in the queue in 4 hours did not cope with the same procedure. The service center itself and the surrounding MAFs - a bunch of "decided" and "runners". Great place for people from 90. Bottom. Full bottom. Worse than ever.

Shameful organization: zero discipline, blatant corruption. All the staff are runners and solvers, no one cares about all the records and queues. If you have not paid and you are unlucky that a lot of people fell out on this day "by pull", then you will hang out there from 9 am to 6 pm, and 15 minutes before the end of the working day, a window will be shut in front of your nose and they will say come tomorrow. Skotobaza is the softest word that can describe this SC.
