With this review, I want to express my deep gratitude and appreciation to an excellent doctor, an excellent specialist in his field and a kind, sympathetic person. Zelenetskaya Angela Viktorovna, unlike many other doctors, did not become a one-time doctor for me. This person will always accept a call from his patient, always unsubscribe, answer all questions that have arisen after the consultation, support and tune in to positive. I am very glad that in a world where you have to pay for a kind attitude, there are still such specialists as Angela Viktorovna. Low bow and respect to her.

Disgusting attitude towards patients. Grandmother signed a declaration with Vasilyeva, the doctor behaves impolitely, constantly answers rudely, does not give specific answers, wrote the wrong direction for CT scan. My grandmother had to go back to write a new correct direction. The tests are not given on time, they say one time, you come, there is nothing, you have to run several times. At the reception, the girls are rude. This should not be the case in private clinics! It's a shame! We are very sorry that we signed a declaration with Vasilyeva at all. We do not recommend it to anyone!

Awful clinic !! Family doctors do not have any medical ethics, they are always rude. Make mistakes in directions. They do not pay attention if there is something wrong with the analyzes, they do not care! For a month they drove a person to the doctors, intimidating that it was something serious, so that later it would be found out ALREADY IN ANOTHER CLINIC that the person is healthy. They put on an appointment, even if a person has severe pain, after a week or two. Absolutely for each service, they charge at least 500 UAH, except for the consultation of a family doctor. Disgusting service and incompetent staff! I strongly advise you not to contact here. If you still decide to take a chance, then in no case contact Vasilyeva.

Rude. Don't say hello. "Go there, why are you here" is the norm. Deaf people ... They don't know the names of the tests, they don't understand what they are told. The phone number at a specific address still goes to the call center. They make an appointment not where you need it, but where they want it. Oh, yes, they never got to the doctors .. Not a foot here again!
