Even during quarantine, services are provided in a timely manner. Request to people, every 5 minutes an employee of the foundation goes out to provide information. During the quarantine, they asked to go and make photocopies of documents somewhere, on the remark that caratin and everything is closed, photocopies are no longer needed, apparently made themselves! That's how government agencies take out the brains of citizens, saving on paper.

I will not comment on the work of PFC employees, I pay attention only to the location of the fund - the nearest public transport stop - 800 m! How should senior citizens get here by taxi? Isn't it possible to place the PFU Shevchenkivskyi Department of Public Services (service center) near the public transport stop in the area, so as to allow access to services for people who can no longer walk ...

This is a disaster, not a branch! The mess is full! Attitude towards people is just nightmarish! After standing in line for 1.5 hours, you still will not receive your service. Footballs in the offices and when asked where to go, everyone shrugs. And when you finally come to the specialist after the shock, it turns out that the system does not work in the morning and they can do nothing to help. And it was impossible to say about it in advance Why? And no one knows. And to all this still come electricity and turn off the light for 2 hours. Horror! Even if you do not receive your service, you have a bad mood all day long
