Migration officers try to fulfill their duties and this is noticeable as they really help you. I have been here many times since 2014. And never had a problem. Of course, repair is needed here, some reorganization of the process, and naturally, the human factor is present. I was here the other day, made out a certificate and was generally happy. The whole procedure was extremely correct and with maximum assistance in filling out the form with information. Many human thanks to all the employees of the migration service!

I arrived 26.02.19 at 17:30 to get a passport to the Galician department of the DMS, in front of me in the queue there were 4-5 people also on the issue of the passport, the queue did not move practically, the worker came up with the question "who to give?", The next person went seeing the number of people in the queue, the worker said nothing, I stayed waiting for the next. Time goes, there is no movement ... Another person came to receive the passport ID card and left without a queue around 17:45, after a few minutes I decided to look around to ask if I could pick up my passport and noticed that in the office there should be two workers, only one works (it became clear why the queue was moving so slowly), and on the question I put it, in response, that she did not have time to accept all, had to come soon, at 18:00 they closed, that the person she needed about 15 minutes and I do not understand why, added that she has a father in the hospital. I replied that half an hour before the closure came, the queue was not large, and recently I received a passport ID card, and the procedure for issuing lasted less than 5 minutes. While I was waiting for the door, I heard that in the office the employee spoke on the phone and, with dissatisfaction in the presence of clients, described the situation surrounding her, which I consider absolutely not professional and ethical. As a result, at 18:00 a woman came out without a queue, and shortly thereafter a worker to inform me that she would not accept me anymore. Going down the corridor to the exit to the staircase, I met a man who went to the study room number 7 before closing, passing by and crossing the threshold, they strongly pushed me up the door. That's my story. Service, conditions and attitudes are terrible. I ask the administration to pay attention and take action. Thank you in advance.

For your money, female operators will rush you and assert you at your expense. I am not a person of conflict, silently endured, but many patience breaks. Moreover, from my personal observations, it is mostly women and youth. Men are treated calmly. People are sitting in the waiting room mostly so uninitiated, as if they were not being paid for the paid service, but as if they were guilty of coming and loading the workers' grief with work. In addition to women, a young girl also works there. She is polite, well-mannered, ready to help. But even these two of them stop all the time: go do it, go calculate, go show it. Instead, Mrs. Dextris is very human and responsible. The conditions for waiting are difficult to even call conditions. Impressions are ambiguous. Service is just awful, I never want to go there again.

Corruption lives here. I came to submit my passport: officially on the specified day and time, but at the time when I was to enter there was a woman sitting. She clearly came without a queue on the counter. When my number finally appeared on the board, the employee was still working on it. Then the woman came out and came in later and handed me the money. The employee did not have surgery. The situation is the same at the extradition - some left-wing people come "suddenly" without a queue, because they "agreed". At the same time, some "beauty" sits on the issue and curls her hair.
