I dropped my phone into the lake while on vacation. I was a wreck because of all the stuff on my phone. I chose Russell because of the high ratings and service comments on line. Allison was fantastic. She was knowledgeable and super helpful and reassuring she could get my phone info back. And boy did she! I told her if everything worked she’s see a grown woman cry!! I was immediately greeted and asked of my purpose; I came in to buy a case for my phone. I knew what I wanted and the associate wasted no time in assisting me. I wasn’t given any alternative options, which would have been nice, but overall it was a good experience.
