It's nice to have a computer store in mountain home, especially since I never knew it was there. Disappointed that they don't sell parts computers anymore since they have tons laying around, and I needed a part. Literally stacks of old machines everywhere.nnEdit: meant to edit this since my recent experience. Had a tablet repaired there and they did really good work. My wife is super happy to have her tablet back. Their repair work is top notch.

These guys are awesome! I recommend them to everyone. This is where I go for all my phones and any technical issues. Dillon is AMAZING!! The last time I needed help there was a young woman working and I cannot remember her name but I watched her handle business with the guy from straight talk LIKE A BOSS! She was calm, professional and handled the business at hand. I hope she stays for quite some time.

Terrible Customer Service. I went in there to get an item looked at, was told the day I dropped it off I’d receive a phone call letting me know whether or not it would need to be sent off, because those devices are known for that. Two weeks later, and I still hadn’t received a phone call. So of course I call up to ask if they’d had time to look at it or to see if they could even fix it. The guy who answered said he’d check into it & then call me back, meanwhile he never did. The THIRD time I tried to call (which was a couple days later) the woman who answered was very disrespectful, after I told her I previously tried contacting them and was just wanting an update. She then decided to tell me once again someone would call me back, after she felt the need to add some sarcasm in there. Seemed to me I was just getting the run around. Ironically when I walked in an hour later to pick up my device, because at that point I just don’t want to pay someone whose rude to their customers. Her response when I asked if I could just pick it up was, ”If we still have it.” Which left me confused because as I stated above I was told I’d receive a phone call before hand so if I chose not to send it off, than I’d have that option. But when I walked in both of them were in there not doing anything. But they just had no time to call me back. ud83eudd37ud83cudffc‍♀ufe0f I was very respectful about the situation, but as a person who works with customers daily I just didn’t see the need for such disrespect.

so i gave them my iphone x to get sent off to get fixed. they said we will call you when it’s ready 3 weeks later i came to the store to pick up my phone and they forgot my password to test it and didn’t even call me about it. Then it got sent off to get fixed again. i just got my phone back today and the camera quality went down drastically then it originally was. my screen also blacks out time to time and glitches out still.
