They do rentals from here, worst management i had to deal with. Went in and put in a application for a house that was about to come open and told them I had money in hand, they told me to wait till after the application comes back approved and said they send it out on Fridays, I call on Saturday excited and they said they didn't send in the application and gave the place to someone else. Do not waste your time here.

This place is great. First rate customer service from point of sale to delivery . I highly recommend Shay’s as your go to place for appliances and Traeger grills!

Needed a freezer last week as ours had finally died and was full of food! We first went to Sears because; well it's Sears, everyone shops at Sears right? Not us, never again! The employee there honestly seemed like he was purposely trying to NOT sell us a freezer, wouldn't even help with ordering one! We had cash in hand. He had other things to get back to I think. Then we went to Home depo, they didn't have any! Reluctantly we tried Shay's, we assumed it's a smaller appliance store and we wanted a very large freezer so we figured they wouldn't have one in stock. Well we were wrong, they sure did! The lady at the counter was so sweet and helpful. We chose our freezer and was told it would be delivered the next day (it was almost closing time). The delivery guy arrived and was very polite and knowledgeable. He got the new freezer hooked up, and even removed and hauled away the old one. There will be no hesitation next time we need an appliance. Shay's has our business from now on. Also, it was the better deal, it was the same price as the smaller freezer that was on sale on Sears website! Thanks Shay's!!!!
