I had a misunderstanding about the install date of my flooring. Instead of calling me and asking what they could do to help resolve the issue I was told that I was wrong and was treated like I was lying. I purchased my flooring elsewhere and was treated respectfully and they gave me everything in writing which I should have requested from Village. My mistake. I am extremely pleased with the result.

Open Arms Learning Center and families are so pleased with the new carpet on our infant and toddler deck! We appreciate Ian Callais and Village Carpet for a job well done! Our littles have really enjoyed the new carpet!
