Convoy Logistics

Currently waiting on a payment for a load that was completed 3 weeks ago. Can't get anyone to call, email, message back! When I call for support I get somebody in what sounds like India screening my calls and give a computer generated answer only to tell me my issue is being escalated. I believe my business have pulled the last load for Convoy.

These guys are absolute liars!nI booked a load with zack Robison.nI turned in all my paper work in 15 mins and they gave the load away to another carrier after telling me I was already on it. Brokers like this is what makes this industry hard. No backbone or integrity.

no respect to carriers , ordered truck and canceled after 2 min

cancelled load after agreed , and driver arrived to shipper , bad business practice
