Sears Hometown Store

It is always great.

I bought a kenmore fridge model 7303. It was a bit pricy at over 2500 but it has nice features like top and bottom ice makers, clean water and ice i n door. Good fruit and produce drawers with seal to keep them fresh.nnAfter getting it we found the water line had a hole in it. Sears argued it was bought at a home store so it was not up to them to fix it. Mind you this was brand new with a extra 3 year warranty. After 5 weeks it was finally fixed.nnThe top ice maker started making ice. The bottom bin was empty. After looking for the on off switch I've come to the conclution there is not ice maker. They forgot to install it at the hometown store. We will see how long this takes to resolve..
