I had the best service and help in making my selection!
My wife and I came in on Father's Day to pick up a phone and add a line. The poor girl working had about a days training and was left to fend for herself on a holiday. She called her manager Tiffany White several times basically begging for help and was blown off every time. Our experience was bad, but the one star review is for the treatment of the employee by her manager. I couldn't imagine throwing an employee to the wolves like that on a holiday then acting annoyed when she needs help. After sitting in the store for an hour and a half we just had to apologize to the girl in the store for the added stress and anxiety and leave.
Excellent service from a friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Go see Shelby at Verizon in Stuttgart she was great very helpful And super friendly! Thank you.
