At the age of 69, it great to have quality customer service HELP, when things don't work like you'd think they should, friendly and very helpful, a pleasant place to visit.
Kim, Kyle and Quentin were top notch! I stopped in with a list of things I needed including the addition of two new lines and purchasing a couple of phones. They were friendly, helpful and upbeat. They made the long process easy. Thanks!!

I had an iPhone 6S through Straight Talk & Chance hooked me up with an iPhone XR & transferred all of my information from one phone to the other with no issues. He had great customer service & made sure I understood everything before I left. 10/10 will be returning for my next upgrade soon.
I appreciate chance so much! He really took the time to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible when upgrading my phone/watch. Things went wrong in their computer system and he was able to resolve it correctly and smoothly. Even though other customers came in terrible attitudes about things out of his control he handled them with absolute respect and courtesy. Customer service and respect for this guy!
