Cold Stone

Went in to get some ice cream on a hot day and was told I could not sample a flavor. I have not been to a cold stone creamery in about 20 years and have no idea what any of their flavors taste like. Will not be returning. Giving a small sample is no different than handing over someone's ice cream cone. Same amount of contact.

This place is my favorite ice cream place. In my opinion the flavors and service is better than Baskin-Robbins. Anytime I went to Baskin-Robbins and I got an ice cream I had a hair innit, not the worst but it was constant and it got annoying. Then I found this gem and wow it's great!

Ordered coffee flavored ice cream with caramel, Heath and almonds and it had chunks of Oreo mixed in. Gluten free and didn’t notice until I had a few bites. Very dangerous

Never a problem with the ice cream, but when I order online for delivery, and am told 45min and over an hour later my order has not even been started, I call at 9.10pm and no one answers... of course I'm going to cancel the order.... but magically the order was ready???so they went ahead and charged me for the full order but never delivered it!!!nCalled, emailed, no responce... Shady Business Practices.nI hope the owner sees the many reviews I'm going to leave on the web... as I would never trade the reputation of my business for $17.00nCustomer service is everything these days!!

these ladies at Cold Stone ice cream on awesome ladies I came in for ice cream earlier with some friends I'm in recovery left my wallet there call back they were closed but had my wallet and I came and pick it up I really appreciate everybody that works here and definitely be back from their ice cream thanks ladies.
