I took my mom in to get a Christmas tree. Lucky for us, the trees were right inside the entrance. We picked out a tree and reached the register quickly. The cashier could have been much more Covid conscious. Not a complaint, just an observation. I will return to purchase a Craftsman toolbox. Great deals, there!

This is the most well stocked and well employed Lowe's that has no customer service I've ever been too. Plenty of employees but not a single though given to the people walking through their doors

Excellent store, has great prices on almost everything. Great selection of appliances also. Everything the do it your selfer needs in one place.

I have shopped at Lowe's of Bluffton, IN for several years. In the past, I have had nothing but a great experience at this store. Unfortunately, that has now changed. My wife and I ordered and purchased carpet on 9/11/2020 with an estimated completion/installation day on 10/12/2020. Today is December 4, 2020 and we still have no carpet; Just a concrete floor on the basement and a couch in the kitchen. New estimated time of installation is likely to be January 2021.nnThe contractor came to the house a few weeks after the estimated installation day in early November. No worries on the installation being a few weeks later than estimated; after all it is 2020.nnThe problem: the installer had the wrong carpet! The carpet color order was Crisp and Lowe's somehow order Pretzel. Yes, Lowe's did admit that this mistake was on there end and were clueless on how this accident happened.nnI get it, mistakes happen. People make mistakes all the time, no worries. Lowe's apologizes and puts in a new order for the correct color of custom carpet. I was personal told by Lowe's employees in the flooring section that the correct carpet would be in and to the installer in a max of 2 weeks. Of course, there was no follow through from Lowe's so I made frequent calls to the store. I even visited the store a day or so before the carpet was to be delivered to the installer. Lowe's told me the correct ordered carpet was to be delivered November 23, 2020 but I would likely not hear from the installer till the following week due to Holidays ,which is understandable. I was informed that this job will definitely be completed soon and before Christmas.nnDecember 3, 2020: Still no word from the installer, so I call Lowe's. I am informed that the carpet is not scheduled to be to the installer till December 29th. This means that installation would likely not happen till the new year. Remember, this carpet was purchased on 9/11/2020. Time to get my money back. I wanted a full refund. Lowe's management informed me that I would be unable to receive a refund via cash or check because this was purchased with a Lowe's card. This card has been paid off many months ago. I do not wish to have a credit that can only be used at Lowe's for $2,441.73. Management was understandable and apologetic. I was told to come to Lowe's today December 4, 2020. The manager I spoke with over the phone yesterday would be present as well as a flooring specialist to see other options of carpet for sooner installation. If the new carpet picked was a higher price it would be wrote off. I went to Lowe's this morning. The manager called off for the day. No manager in the store.nnWaiting for a product from a manufacturer is one thing, especially for this crazy year. The lack of proper communication and follow through is un-acceptable. If you are thinking of purchasing flooring from Lowe's of Bluffton, IN; think again. I do not recommend it.
