After spending literally a series of 4 days total in and out of the store, verifying identities, account info, and payment info etc, I was delighted to say that I was finally able to walk out with the new iphone11 all thanks to Mindy’s awesome customer service and real expertise. SHE KNOWS HER STUFF!! If you are looking for a place to upgrade your phone or simply buy a new one, the Bluffton Verizon store is the place! I WILL be back and mainly because of how well Mindy took care of me! She even was able to randomly help my boyfriend get his new phone while simultaneously working with mine! Hats off!

Went in after countless hours of arguing with customer care. Benjamin was so much more informative and understanding about my situation than all the other people I’ve been talking to prior. I was actually at a point where I was going to leave Verizon and never look back but he made so much sense explaining how my bill works that I decided to go ahead and upgrade because I felt that finally my bill will make sense.
