First month free! I was able to book the rental online and not even have to call ahead. Very easy. Prices per month are comparable to other units. I thought it was nice that they provided a lock for us. Very clean. The manager actually called me to make sure my online booking went well. Gated access make me feel like my things are even more secure as well. Very easy to rent online!

Nice, new storage facility! Used it to store my apartment contents while I visited family and before I moved into my new apartment. The $18 fee for a lock that you can only get from them wasn’t my favorite, BUT their rates were great- saved me $50/month over the U Haul storage unit I had reserved initially, and I got 25% more space, which we definitely ended up using. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location very convenient. Easy cancellation when I no longer needed the unit. All in all, a great experience!

Excellent storage place. Clean facility, nice gate entrance with your own code to get in along with a separate lock that goes on your unit and can't be cut. Price is good for the amount of space I had. The gentleman I dealt with was kind. Will refer people to this place if looking for quick storage.

Had a great experience at this location! Working with Brian was a delight! He made setting everything up and moving out super easy and stress free. The price is a good value, it's a great location in West Lafayette and the access hours were exactly what I needed. The carts made it easy to move things in and out too. I had an indoor, temperature controlled unit and it kept my apartment items safe and in great condition. Would highly recommend and would definitely store here again!

I went in the Day after it opened, the representative was SUPER nice, Facility was also clean and not dusty as one would think for being under construction a little. He got me a unit and all my paperwork in less than 30minuets and that was with a little bit of electronic issues.Tissues.The representative was very friendly and such a great people person ,he walked me to my unit and showed how to use the locks and made sure my Gate Code worked by the next morning ! That have great deals as well, who doesn't like Free rentals??? HIGHLY recommend this place if wanting an updated and clean unit !
