Joe from this T-mobile location was so helpful! He went out of his way to make sure that my phone was fixed. The customer service was so great!
The computer system was very slow and it took us 2 hrs to add 2 lines. The workers were nice, but it is enough to wonder if the phone lines will really work once we get them, as it will take 3-5 days to even get a phone! One could purchase a gun faster than that!
People often ask me why I’ve stuck with T-Mobile for so many years. The stores are always clean, the staff are always nice, & there’s always a GREAT promotion going! Gwen & Joe took great care of me tonight. I went in with a few questions and walked out with a new iPhone 11. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks a lot you two, you were great!nnAnd when I got home and was having difficulties with iMessage, I was able to go onto the T-Mobile app and chat with Elizabeth. She figured the issue out quickly and fixed it with no problems.nn10/10 service, T-Mobile. As always.
They messed up our sim cards and now I have to go back. Terrible management. Would never go here again. Tempted to switch
I am so thankful for the staff at this location!!!! They have helped me so much in the last few days getting understanding my new phone. Layetta is the nicest woman you could ever meet. Just love her!!!!! Tyler was also very helpful and jumped right in to help with the tect parts of purchasing a new phone. Highly recommend both of these wonderful people!!!!
