I called to see if my meds were ready, and he said I wasn't in their computer system. Ok, my bad if I transferred them to a different Walmart, but I worked in a pharmacy for 10 yrs, and know for a fact he could've pulled up my file online at another pharmacy, but he made it out to be too much of a hassle. Not to mention, he acted/sounded stupid on the phone. Never going to fill my Rx there.
the associate was very nice and was able to pull my prescription through from another Walmart pharmacy where I had originally filled. she was able to get me enrolled for the text messages when my prescription was ready and was able to give me information about it over the phone. Very helpful and I will definitely use them again
This is an amazing pharmacy. They can be busy, but the staff is clearly working extremely hard nonstop. They are good people full of compassion for their patients.
I was told my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes so I came to the pick up window when it was time. I was told that the prescription never even went through so I had to repeat the process... funnily enough the second and third time, it happened again. It’s taken over 2 hours to get my prescription.
I have 2 words to describe Walmart pharmacy. Rude. Slow. Always some kind of problem. Miscounted my script, scripts not ready, trying to charge me again for 1 pill that they miscounted in the first place. Oops, more than 2 words.
