The absolute Worst customer service ever. Even after I came in and greeted her I still was not acknowledged by her for over 45 minutes. Also takes them extremely too long to do anything in the store.
Worthless service only get it it if it is literally your only option for service multiple reboots a day just to maintain service not even worth 10 a month

Once again Jersey to the rescue. I can't say enough good things about how helpful he is and how well he takes care of his customers. I am always telling people that they need to switch to Metro pcs and that they have to go see Jersey at that location. He helped me add a line to my plan and not only did be do that but took his time, and did not rush to get us out of the store. He also made sure we did not have any questions about our plan rate and if we did he explained them to us. Before we left the building he made sure we had the phone activated and we knew how to use our phone. I am so glad that I made the switch To Metro pcs. So people stop in and see Jersey he is not like your typical salesman, anyone that walks through that door he treats as a friend, and not a dollars sign.
