I've been going for years and the staff has always been friendly and efficient. I would rate them 5 star, until today.nnThursday afternoon, 2/27/20 I was shocked and embarrassed at how rude the young man working there was. It was the first visit for my friend and he's adamant that he won't go back.nnI'll probably go back, but not for a long time, and if I see that same guy at the front desk, I'll leave.nnIt's sad, because one of the things that used to distinguish Hawk's was how nice and welcoming their staff was. Well, times change, I guess.
Great place to go to blow off some steam, amongst other things. **wink wink** The staff here is always kind and attentive. They have zero tolerance for BS and I live for it!!!!! Thank you Hawks for providing a safe place for fun that's better than any bar I've ever visited!!! 10s across the board!!
This is a fabulous location. Lots of parking for everyone. The staff was incredible and pleasant. The space was very clean and tidy. I felt most comfortable wandering around by myself. The guests were friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone traveling through Portland.
Question: I have heard that the lease for Hawks is about to expire and they might not renew or stay at the same place! Is that correct?nI like this place. They keep it clean and organized. Staff is nice. I noticed this place actually play some bear videos - not just perfect body twinky boys videos, kudos on that. The only thing this place is missing is a Hot tub!!!
Fun place for me and my boyfriend! Some nights are better than others and sometimes the steam room doesn't seem to work properly.
