Best message I've ever had. Their ashiatsu foot technique is heavenly. If you're not familiar, check out the video on their site. I used to get a message when I travel, but this place has pretty much ruined me trying other places. I tried a few different therapists but Brittany McDonald has become my go to.

I've gone to Mudra at both locations- I'm especially happy with the Glisan location as it's closer to me! They are taking safety seriously while providing such much-needed body care. I was fortunate to have selected Lindsay Chapman for a first visit in 2020, and she is *the* most intuitive massage therapist I've worked with, and I've been getting bodywork regularly since the mid-90s. Her technique is highly finessed. Not only is she extremely skilled, but her energy and the supportive ambiance she brought to our sessions have prompted this review. I sometimes feel I need to vocally support a therapist or provide additional guidance. With Lindsay I felt my body was expressing everything better than I could with words, and she was able to work the areas that needed attention as though I'd already been a regular client for years. I will be returning to her regularly!

I've been coming here for maybe 8 years. I always had a different masseuse bit they are always excellent at what they do.nnMy last visit was for a lower back issue. As a weightlifter I often have sprains or soreness, but this injury was different. I talked to my provider, Amy, about my problem. She immediately assessed the problem correctly, proposed a treatment plan and got to work.nnNot only did Amy relieve my symptoms, I could tell by the way my body responded to the physical therapy that it wasnt a chronic injury and that it would ultimately heal. Which was a great relief to me of course.nnAmy told me she has studied massage around the world for the last years. I believe it! Super professional and precise. A real technician. Highly recommend!

Very clean and inviting. I never want to go back to a “regular” massage. I’m not even sure what happened but I came out feeling like a million bucks. Sells a variety of CBD products and local artist works as well.

Been going here for years. Returned to Portland after being gone for two years. My therapist is amazing and the body work she provided put me back into pre move shape. I want to add ashiatsu is the most amazing therapy I have found. Love this place!
