I was moving a household full of items to Lafayette from out of town. I called around for information and I was impressed with the help I received from Sami. She was so helpful and patient with me over the phone! She was knowledgeable, let me know all of my options, and answered all of my multiple questions! When I arrived in town she drove me to the unit I had chosen to double check the space and I felt so good about my decision. She didn’t pressure me or look at me sideways when I questioned her like a seasoned investigator LOL. Dom was the person to assist me today on my first storage unit, (5'15) and was very helpful with the information needed and location of the unit. He also introduced me to a slightly bigger unit and it worked out much better, so I appreciated that a lot. Also, Toni was helping another customer and was very attentive and knowledgeable for his needs as well. Pricing was very fair and easy and didnt take much time for everything.
