Used this place to store dorm room items from late March to mid August. I wish I took pictures when I picked up my stuff: ants everywhere and mouse droppings all over the unit. Some of the stuff in storage was chewed by mice and everything had to be sanitized and washed out. The front desk also makes you purchase a $30 lock and never tells you that you can just use your own instead. Was encouraged to use this facility based on other positive reviews but absolutely will not be recommending anyone to go here in the future.
Price is decent, and location is great! The staff isn't the friendliest! Going forward instead of using an autodialer that apparently can't leave a voicemail, maybe the staff can pick up the phone and call someone when an autopay doesn't come through! I hope you enjoyed your extra $20!
Friendly customer service and very helpful. The place is gated with multiple cameras so there’s no need to worry. Units were clean with high ceilings. Was able to pull a 15’ trailer through the facility.
Extremely nice service from Val, she was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right unit.
During these times I understand how stressful it can be, but val I think her name is plus the staff is amazing. Sanitization and all of the protocols are just going above and beyond!
