Had them move my 75 yr old mother from Brookston to south of Lafayette. She was told the move would take 3 men and cost about $500-$900 but no more than $1000. She had most of everything boxed and bagged except the kitchen, which we were going to do.nThe movers informed mom that if the boxes were not taped or had lids they could not move them, could not touch or move bags, etc. This was not explained to during the walk through estimate/inspection. When they were “finished” we ended up moving 7 car loads ourselves. Very unacceptable job for what they ended up charging my mother. $1300.nMy advice- get the estimate in writing or record it, read the fine print (because no where in it did it say they would not take boxes w/out lids or bags or loose items). Some of these helpers make things up as they go along and take advantage of the elderly. Which is elder abuse.nAll in all my mother is moved and closer to me. I will not recommend this company to one soul. Find friends, family or rent a UHAUL and do it yourself.

We had a great experience with this company! The movers were fantastic to work with. Even in the rain, they kept our furniture dry and handled everything with care. Very efficient and quick, while still being respectful of our items. Highly recommend!
