It's okay I actually rent a unit here and the 24 hour access is great although I have seen some units broken into lately maybe better security would help or keyed gates..also the hours are only 2 hours a day monday to friday for the office. And I had a bad experience were the office guy end up breaking some items in my unit because he took it upon his self to start throwing thing away outta my unit he said he misunderstood me as I showed up in the middel of him and a friend trashing my belongings

It's a safe place to store your stuff
I got the smallest unit, and it was the cheapest I could find in town. The building was within walking distance from my apartment so it was very convenient. The Lady that worked the office was very nice and accommodating. I was late with one payment but the late fee seemed reasonable and everything got taken care of in a timely manner.nnMy only complaint is that the hours changed. The office closed at 1pm, which was a little inconvenient, but still worked for me. These hours may be temporary or subject to change though.nnOverall, I found the experience excellent.
