Simply Self Storage was wonderful to work with - I was able to secure the unit online, and each time I called the office to ask questions or confirm, everyone was extremely friendly. I worked with Gail and Nathan when I went in to get the keys and both were super helpful and pleasant. Gail showed me the unit to make sure it would work for me and pointed out all the details. Very happy with my experience!

Simply self storage has been wonderful to work with. Gail is terrific and truly cares about her customers. She takes the time to explain everything and then gives us the best deal possible. Having checked out many storage facilities in the area, you won’t get a better deal or customer service than what simply self storage provides.

Gail bruce was so helpful. Very kind and pleasurable to be around. Made me feel like I was at home talking with my own Nana. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing storage.
