Synergy Delivery LLC

I purchased $1k in furniture on 10/20. Same day delivery is offered, so I called and left a message. The next day I hadn't heard back, so I call again and leave a message. No call back. I finally was able to speak with someone after several calls and was scheduled for 3pm delivery on 10/22. I took off of work early to meet them for delivery. My furniture never showed up. I never received a call or a text regarding delivery. I have called and left messages as well as texting. No call back, no return text saying they would be late or wouldn't make it. I drove to the office since they are open until 830 pm and nobody is there. This is such poor service, I don't know how you stay in business. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!

I called and asked for a 9 mile delivery of a bed set around 7:00PM. They stated that it wouldn’t be a problem. I called at 7:10PM to check the status of my delivery. They said it has been picked up and they would call back when they were headed to my house. I waited until 9:00PM, and tried calling back, no answer. I text them, no reply. I called several more times, no answer. I had to sleep on a small couch, after waiting until 11:30PM. I called the place I purchased the bed set the next morning, and they stated it had not even been picked up yet! I text them the next day, said I didn’t need their service, and I rented a u-haul and did it myself when I wanted it done and for half the price. I would not recommend using Synergy Delivery, or if you do, don’t count on them!!!!! Terrible customer service!!!

Showed up at 7 p.m. to deliver a couch completely unprepared. I waited around all day for them to arrive and had to call them in order to figure out what was happening. After waiting all day, thh clowns they sent were unable to get the couch into my house. Now I'm out $65 and still have no where to sit.

Mike, Andy and the rest of the guys were an amazing help getting my grandfathers 40 year old piano transported across town. He managed to get it out of his condo, in my house, and up steep, steep stairs without a hitch. Cannot recommend these guys enough and the pricing is beyond fair! They were 350 dollars cheaper than the other quotes.
