Never been to the store but I was going to place an order on the website for a present for my nephew for Christmas. After setting up an account and going through checkout, it prompted me to call to make payment. So I call the phone and get a lady who doesn’t understand what I’m talking about then rudely tells me the website is old and doesn’t know a thing about taking a payment for it. It’s 2018, if it’s an old website, it needs to be shut down so potential customers don’t waste a bunch of time trying to make a purchase that they cannot make. Not pleased at all.
