After shopping many places, i was able to find a great deal on a sectional with cool technology cushions that had a ten-year warranty at a fraction of the prices I had seen elsewhere. With that savings, I was able to pick up some other furniture accent pieces to totally complete a much-needed update at very affordable prices. The bonus: it is all American-made!
My issue is with the quality of the furniture & the extended warranty they sell. My 2 year old $1500 leather sofa is completely worn on one cushion & showing wear on another. The extended warranty does not cover wear. They admitted if I let my grandkids loose with a box cutter, that damage would be covered. But premature excessive wear? Nope. Stay away from this place & definitely don't buy the extended warranty.
Super helpful salesman who was not pushy but gave lots of good advice. Definitely willing to go the extra mile for us!
