If I could give them 0 stars I would. Was not explained that there was no return policy. Was told by the worker that Mark is all about making the customer happy and would do anything it took. 2 days after bringing home, I contacted them about the mattress being extremely uncomfortable and making my back worse. They will do nothing except they either want me to buy a topper or a new mattress! Are you kidding! Now I am out $1000 for a mattress I cannot sleep on at all. Was told there was no problem getting me what I needed to help my back... and now I’m told no way... basically I will have to spend more money to get what I need! What a joke! They tell you what you wanna hear to get you to buy and then you’re stuck with it! So make sure you are 100% before you buy from here. Worse experience ever. Also, did not know I was buying the floor model that everyone had laid until I was there to pick it up- and had someone go out of their way to bring me a truck! Horrible customer service.
We looked everywhere for a foam mattress within our price and couldn't find anything. We came into marks mattress outlet and the ladies were so helpful and and helped us find a foam mattress and platform for cheaper then anywhere. I highly recommend them!
Great place for an honest experience. The saleswoman (kourtney) was very easy to work with and had a good understanding of what she was selling. I also got a good deal!
Came in to price mattresses, walked out with a great deal on a wonderful mattress. Candice was very informative and great! She worked with us to make sure we got the best mattress for us!
I have bought mattresses here in the past and always had great service, but Kortney out did herself today. Her knowledge of mattress differences and willingness to help was amazing! The prices were great too! Thanks for all your help!
