I really liked that I was given lots of time to pick out my new mattress. I didn't feel pressure to buy. Brian was able to answer all questions to my satisfaction and made me feel very good about my decision. I would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone.
I had a great and memorable at this store. The sales representative was very professional and knowledgeable. He offered details about all the products and financing options. There was a technical glitch while applying for a loan for me; he was very patient. I will recommend this store to friends and colleagues in Lafayette area.
Our salesperson Bill was the right amount of helpful. He asked what we were looking for and we said College and he immediately took us to their 8 or so reasonably priced mattresses designed to provide a good night’s sleep but not last for a decade, so you’re not pouring $ down the drain buying an expensive mattress that will get trashed before its lifespan ends. Bill knew the pros and cons of each mattress and was honest that the most expensive college mattress won’t supply a specific delivery date, which we needed. Mattress Firm has free delivery to your front door, which we indirectly paid for versus prices we saw at “take it with you” stores but worth it in our book since we were buying a bed bigger than a twin. Overall a good shopping experience.

By far best place to shop for your new mattress. I worked with William Kilburn and couldn't have asked for a better sales associate. He went above and beyond all expectations! Will definitely be recommending him to anyone looking for a new bed.
