Zac was incredibly helpful! He walked me through all of my options with the set I was interested in, even going as far as to move a different piece closer to the sectional I wanted so I could compare the leather color to that of my furniture. When I got home and realized I had missed a crucial measurement, Zac answered the phone quickly and courteously, gave me multiple options for a response, and measured the length of the sectional for me promptly. Overall excellent experience!
Sonya was so friendly and helpful. I was trying to order something online and she helped me place the order. We’ve ordered furniture from Furniture Row before and have always been so happy with the customer service we receive.
Demanding the full purchase price for a 3 piece set of end tables for which they do not have in stock didn't impress me. They are normal stock items displayed on their sales floor, not anything custom. We were told 21/2 to 3 months wait. Yes I could of and should of stopped the sale then, my bad. I definitely would of except that, my lady loved those tables. Pretty sure they have received the last interest free loan from me..
James was excellent to work with. Very attentive and went above and beyond to help me reach the best deals possible at the store (even searching clearance to obtain a 5$ item to place me into the 100$ savings bracket). Thank you James for a pleasant and efficient experience!
