We have been looking for a new sofa and 2 recliners and it looks like we finally found what we wanted. A very nice and knowledgable young man helped us find what we wanted. The bad thing is it will be 5 months to get delivery.
Had friendly service when we paid for the chair.nnThere was a delay in delivery due to the plant being shut down (understandable) but though it has been produced, they can't even tell us when the chair will arrive. The worst part is that they don't care to look into it. Certainly frustrating for a store that likes to tout being local but they are no better than a typical chain store, their name is appropri.
We dealt with Sydney and she was great, made getting a new sectional a breeze
Great furniture, decent selection, but very slow to arrive.
Salesperson was super helpful when it came to finding the right chair and style to fit us. Made the process as fast and painless as she could since my husband has a hard time being out for any length of time. Store was lovely to walk around with loads of furniture arrangements for ideas.
