Prices are great in the store. But very disappointed in their customer service. I was interested in utilizing their installation services. I call the Lafayette store this morning, they transfer me to their corporate line; the corporate line tells me I need to talk to the Lafayette store. Back and forth transfers for fifteen minutes and no one to actually help me with my issue. I eventually just hung up.
I bought a brand new clothes washer two weeks ago. Today, I found it leaking water from the underside. I called Lowe's for service, only to have the phone not answered. On a second call I got bounced around three times and waited on hold until a manager picked up the line. Not..Happy.
Love Lowe's. Very surprised that they do not carry hand soap! Needed some for camper storage. Also, their bathroom needs lighting replaced and soap dispenser. Their hand dryer is so old your hands will never dry and they need a towel dispenser to open the door.
Great service and food. Was greeted as soon as we walked in the door, and was seated very quickly. The establishment was very clean, our order was correct and hot and our waitress was attentive without being overbearing.
Very patient and understanding service here regarding an online order gone strange. Exact tool I needed was here in store.
