Best Buy is good if you want overpriced electronics. I bought a open box phone and it was supposed to be in excellent condition and the best buy employee even told me that it had no physical flaws or issues. After a few hours with the device I noticed they the right side of the screen was slightly tinted green. Not too big of a deal, then by the next day it started turning purple. I took it back in and they refused to replace the phone for me.
Ordered online and received what I needed. No hassles.
Have been on phone for 45 minutes no answer.i even have a person in the store and can't get any one to help her.she said that they aren't busy.
Another great experience. I needed a new hard drive and the staff was able to help me pick a faster one. Face masks were required and they have curbside pickup. Hand sanitizer was available for use at the checkout.
Was looking to upgrade my stereo system in my truck. I had to go to the pickup station and asked if someone could help me. I told the associate that I wanted a upgrade my system. It was over 600 dollars for wires and brackets that didn't include any stereo equipment. So it would be over 2,000 dollars for install and a new system. Wow
