I previously wrote a negative review about Mulhaupts due to my dealing with an employee who just would not listen to me. Since then, the owner has called, talked to me about offering his personal apology, and fixed the problem. He then made it a point of following up to make certain the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. I am extremely happy with the treatment I received and urge anyone needing a security system to get it from Mulhaupts.
The worst service. The on-site techs are great but something is very wrong with the company operations.
