I can’t thank God enough for my beautiful baby grand piano that I bought from Northside Music and I can’t thank Him enough for Mark’s and then John’s patience with me. Customers with little to no money and desire to get the best deal in the store make sales specialists’ lives miserable. But in my case John was very patient with me, after two trips to the warehouse and two portions of down payment to make my monthly payments reasonable, I finally got the blessing I dreamed about for a long-long time: now I fully immerge myself into a beautiful world of music enjoying a clean sound of my wonderful piano. Seriously, if you are looking for a piano or your piano needs tuning or repair you need to call Northside. These guys have been around forever because they are very good at what they know and love which is pianos. Service is excellent and it is always a great pleasure to work with the staff at Northside.
