As a Sprint customer of over 10 years, Kaitlyn and Sam offered the best customer service experience I have ever had. From helping me add lines (their patience and willingness to help was amazing!) to addressing all my questions, they both were a great pleasure to work with. Both were super knowledgeable and friendly!

Very friendly and interactive staff. We went there to switch my daughter's phone over. We didn't buy the phone at their store, but was still treated great. Very fast and friendly process. And they didn't try to sell us anything like so many other cell phone stores that I've been in. Great experience overall!

My sales rep gabby was very helpful with my billing questions! I tried to get in contact with the manager jordan several times to get it resolved and she never called back or when i called and asked for her it was always an excuse of why she wasnt there. Ill definitely be back but to only see gabby thats for sure.

Gabby is a Godsend! She got our new phone up and running in no time. She transferred all data from old phone to new. Gabby also was so patient in training me in using all my favorite apps on the new phone.nnShe is a keeper ! We will be back!
