AT&T Store

Our customer service lady, Trish was an amazing help with extra ordinary feedback to all of our issues. We will definitely go back to that location whenever we need it. My husband and I are extremely satisfied. Thank you very much Trish!!!

Horrible and unprofessional. The person was asleep! I went there last week and saw they were only doing curbside and I had to call. I called while in the parking lot and no one answered. I got out of the car and knocked on door and still no answer. What is startling is I could see a man with black hair and glasses what seemed to be either passed out or asleep at the desk. I still knocked. How he could not hear me I have no idea. I left and went to the location across from the mall and was able to do my business. They were not surprised when I told them about this store. If you want to sleep and don’t want to come to work stay home! Very unprofessional and will never recommend this store.

I called to ask a question about my prepaid account. I had called the customer service center several times and all they did was argue with me and give me the wrong advice. I was already frustrated because of the trouble with the 800 number. The person that I talked to at the Lafayette store was calm and had all my questions answered very fast. Thank you and I am sorry I was frustrated when I called.

DO NOT GO HERE! The sales staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a terrible experience here. At&t almost lost me as a customer because of the staff at this location. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Experience at the store was great. No wait time and the new manager and staff were very friendly and attentive. They helped me resolve a months long billing issue I've had from another store and even directed me to how I could be compensated for the trouble over the last few months. Cant recommend them enough
