This place is completely unprofessional. They don’t do a good job of making you feel comfortable. Scam artist. They charged me 20 bucks just to update my IMEI number. don’t COME HERE

The Girls That helped me Were absolutely the BEST! I apologize for not remembering both of their names Jennifer was 1 but both went above and beyond to help me and make absolutely sure My phone's I purchased we're ready for action!!! Bought phones and numbers over. It took forever. But to b fiar i think system was messing up that day. But cinda that works here spent hours and i mean hours working on it talking to customer service on phone and everything else she could think of to get everything working. She was 100% amazing. If you need new service r help go see her. She will take amazing care of you and make sure your treated right.

So I came by today, and left as happy as can be. Great customer service! Those metro girls know what they're doing! Good vibes all the way! Music and laugher in that store!
