Simon & Halle's Pet Boutique

I recently started taking my new Great Pyrenees puppy to this grooming facility and was amazed at the price and quality of a puppy bath. The groomers are very thorough and take their time to do a nice job. Staff are very friendly and my dog is treated so well. I'm looking forward to getting my dog enrolled in their daycare program! Highly recommend this place as somewhere you can trust your pet's well-being!

I took my mini golden doodle to get her hair cut here, and she looked amazing after! Sarah did a great job, and I will always bring Bailey (my dog) back here for all her future grooming needs.

I have been going to Melissa for 6 years now and she is the greatest.. would not go anywhere else

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I brought in two dogs and asked for one to be bathed and one to be bathed and cut. They cut the wrong dog, and did not cut the dog that i asked for to be groomed. Not to mention the fact that they shaved my dog and it is about to be winter, and they cost me 140 dollars for something i didn’t ask for, AND shaved her in patches down to her skin. I had informed them of this mistake and they refused to give me any type of refund, and basicly said i am incapable of bringing my dogs in because i’m a senior in high school? They then hung up on me and were extremely rude when I was trying to get this situation figured out. I would not trust this place with your dogs.

Tried taking two of my dogs here a few weeks ago. They have groomed them in the past but this time decided to tell me that my senior dog was aggressive & snapping at the groomer. He has arthritis & will yelp, very loudly, but only if he is legitimately hurt. Although judging by his demeanor when I picked him up I suspect he had been treated roughly! He has never snapped at anyone. He doesn't even snap at my younger dogs when they start playing too rough with him. I made sure they were well aware of his arthritis beforehand, & was told it was no problem. I probably could have given another star of they had at least done a halfway decent job grooming my other dog but spending $100 for grooming & realizing there are two bald spots in her tail pushed them down to a 1 star rating! I don't know what all has changed since the last time I had my dogs groomed at Simon & Halle's but after this experience I will not be returning as a customer.
