I call wanting to know if they carried a certain computer parts pci-e usb 3.0 card the person I talked to said there is no pci card, cable, no way to get usb 3.0 on a computer that didn't come built-in to the computer. I went to Walmart's website and found what I was looking for. The person at Phone genius lied to me.. also unfriendly and unprofessional..
Not really impressed with the time it takes to get a replacement screen protector, 4 weeks is a little excessive especially on a popular phone. A screen protector does no good if it takes that long to get.
Very helpful and friendly staff, willing to solve your problems any way possible and bending over backwards to accommodate. Highly recommend them!!
This place is the best! The people are very nice and very kind! They can fix any problem!
