Everything is homemade and amazing! Love Fingerhut bakery! The cafe is small but cozy. Good food!

Definitely the best bakery I have been to in Indiana. I got a burger and crispy shoestring fries in addition to the vanilla cake, creme horns and donuts. Everything is so fresh and never tastes like preservatives or like it was made 3 days ago. Staff is friendly and helpful. Worst thing is that there are only 3 locations and it takes so long to drive there. Good thing is that at Bass Lake location (check website because not open in winter and fall hours are cut back) there is a produce stand down the street and a lovely view of the lake at front picnic table.

Love Fingerhut Bass Lake! Only problem is it not open all year. It is not.fancy. But it is clean, good food and great staff. They even have a water dish for our dog. We eat there all the time and have never been disappointed!

Hard to give doughnuts anything but 5 stars!
