ABF Freight

Very friendly receptionist and loaded my truck quick.in and out in less than 5min.

Incompetence all the way through and nothing but excuses. Perhaps they are better for businesses, but for residence deliveries I would never recommend. I have scheduled delivery of a single freight 3 different times, and they weren't able to hit on any of the 3. To make it worse, I had to call them at the end of the day to find the status of the 2nd attempt. The package was in a different state still, but they couldn't even call me to tell me not to clear my schedule and stay home for the afternoon! I will say the driver seemed like a nice guy.nnSome of the excuses:n- My person who makes those calls came in late today (it was 4PM at the time of that comment)n- The person who calls had a lot of calls to make (4PM still)n- It's the end of the month and it gets very busy now (keep in mind it was Aug 4th!)n- The truck broke down (maybe true, but not after all the other issues)

First rate service. Everytime.
