the gentleman who took care of me today gave me the best service out of all the MetroPCS PCS stores that I've been to in Indiana I want to say to whoever own the store I wish the other stores in Indiana are the same as your storenI give the store 10 plus
Customer service is normally friendly. My cell service was definitely better than Boost! Cell phones are typically reasonably priced but I don't like the fact that long term customers aren't offered the good deals for continued loyalty like other companies. Win some, lose some.
Very professional, informative, knowlegeable, & precise - great work ethic by Store Manager, Gabby! She gave me complete and accurate nfo about fones, then set up my new purchase completely! She did a terrific job, and really knows what she's selling!nI've been to every Metro Store in So. Just called the store and in the middle of my sentence (asking about adding a line) the guy said have a nice day and hung up on me. That is not cool at all. You need to have a talk with you employees.
