They always have everything I need in stock. Other auto parts stores don't keep as many parts in stock

Had another great experience with O'reilly Auto Parts. The staff are always extremely helpful. We buy all of our automotive parts from here. Sometimes their prices are a little higher but the service is worth the few bucks more.

Their customer service is great! They never act annoyed that they have to help you. They are always fully staffed and their prices are completely reasonable and comparable to the competition. They be put on windshield wipers and install cabin air filters. They are fast and efficient. Will pick them over auto zone anytime.

Awful customer service. Called and they couldn't help me with the part. I came in later to order other parts and the person from phone call very rudely turned me away instead of trying to figure the problem out. This was after he overheard me talking to another employee. I do not recommend going here.

Bad service. Only 2 people on counters and 2 drivers in the back not answering phones. One customer ordered parts and the guy on counter couldn't find the parts and he answered a call and waited on the caller while the customer waited for parts. That is called bad service. I ordered a exhaust flange gasket and he couldn't find it nor the 2 exhaust flange bolts which I was told they had to order them and they get to the store by 230pm. I bought the flange gasket and it will be the only purchase I make at your store in mishawaka. Next time I'll order my parts from auto zone or advance auto atleast I'll get better service from them.
