I was overly impressed with their service and professional approach to my specific problem. Their staff took the time to walk me through a fix. I will use them for all my plumbing tasks!
I had a very poor experience. Poor knowledge of their produce and poor support. They sold me a toilet with very unusual specs. Those specs added time and cost to the installation and remodel of my bathroom. Then when the toilet malfunctioned within a week of install they were of no help in fixing the problem. Their prices are high. You can find better value online. I come to a showroom for expertise and support, I got neither.

Better merchandise and knowledge over any big box store. You won't regret it!
