Verizon Authorized Retailer - TCC

Noah is hands down the best customer service rep I have ever dealt with in the history of dealing with anyone.

I went in last week to switch my service to Verizon and upgrade to a new phone. I was very impressed with Noah and his knowledge and sales etiquette. I have been in the sales/service industry for almost 10 years so I recognize that this young man showed exemplary professionalism and patience throughout the process of serving me, which took a little over two hours. Noah will go on to be very successful, and the granger Verizon location is lucky to have him as their service rep.

I enjoy taking my business to the Granger Verizon store !! The staff are always polite and friendly !! They make a person feel very welcomed ... not like going to the other larger Verizon’s just to be another number !! Keep up the great work Granger Verizon !!!!
