THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! So difficult to work with. Have wasted so much time trying to access my Ubox container that may or may not be there anymore even though I pay $85/month.

I just wanted to say that Tiffany The lady that was working with us today was very very sweet and very very helpful we forgot to pay closer attention to the sign about having one person in the store at a time in which she was very patient and polite about that situation but also made sure to get what we needed and went above and beyond in my opinion, the world could use more people like her way to go Tiffany it was a pleasure being helped by you today. Please give that woman a huge raise or promotion she most definitely deserves it.. Kathleen and Steve..

The lady that was working there named Tiffany was tremendously helpful and went above and beyond to try to help us. The owners should give her a raise! It's hard to find people like that nowadays.

I don't know who the other customers reviewing here met, but I was genuinely impressed with how friendly and helpful the manager was! She went out of her way to make sure that we were very much taken care of. If you want some nameless corporate drone to give you a truck and screw you over with a high price, by all means choose another service. If you don't mind some personality in the employees, want a very clean truck, and a good price, you should rent with THIS UHaul location.

Very poor customer service by telephone. Same person on Monday 11/9/20 kept putting my call on hold for 20-30 minutes at a time (I called 3 times) before disconnecting the call and never resolved my issue.
