Unfortunately, Brandon Bell out of Conroe, Texas sent us to pick up a load, had us waiting 5 hours while promising detention pay, for a load that was cancelled. And on the same day double booked a load that was given to us and another carrier. 2 wasted trips and has been avoiding all calls from our office regarding detention and truck order not used fees that he promised.

Company Vice president and broker held our truck with load for 5 days, without paying layovers or detention. Strongly recommend to look for another brokerage as these guys just lie all day long and did nothing they promised.
